Ticket Delivery

We generally attempt to send out packages in the week before the date of an event. Tickets will not be sent out without cleared payment.

Your match tickets and event documentation will be delivered via email, or recorded delivery, packages delivered within the UK will need to be signed for when delivered. There are no charges for shipping, and we will ship packages worldwide, subject to their being enough time before the event. When we dispatch your tickets we will email you a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

When you receive your tickets please check them immediately to ensure they are correct. If the tickets do not match what you have ordered then you must notify us immediately.

If you have requested to collect your tickets at the venue a collection document will be emailed to you with details of the collection process and where you collect the tickets from. If you purchase tickets with less than three days to go before the event, then you may be required to collect the tickets at the venue on the day, unless the tickets are electronic.

In some circumstances tickets can be sent earlier if you have purchased them as a gift, so please do not hesitate to ask if this is required. If you have not received your match tickets and documentation four working days before an event please contact us on 01454 803960, to check there has not been a problem with delivery.
