Who is Coldplay?

Coldplay remain one of the most iconic and successful British bands of their generation, becoming global household names thanks to their big hits since the late ’90s.

Following the spectacular sell-out success of the summer 2024 European leg of their record-shattering Music of the Spheres World Tour that saw 10.3 million tickets sold. The band have announced an incredible ten-night residency at Wembley Stadium, set for August and September.

The tour celebrates Coldplay’s eighth and ninth studio albums, the introspective Music of the Sphere and Moon Music marking yet another milestone in a career defined by reinvention, scale, and soundtracking millions of lives.

Who will be supporting Coldplay?

Coldplay have announced a mix of Arya Starr, Elyanna, Jasleen Royal, Mary, Shone, Twice, and Willow will be joining them for all dates excluding the UK. Previously Coldplay have had Lianna La Havas, Alessia Cara, and Reef open for the British band.

Although this time, the British band has announced that during the 10 dates at Wembley they will have a Mystery Guest joining them with their potentially being different artist for the 10 days.
