To help you make the most of your visit, and to prepare yourself for your day, please read the following:

Stadium Entrance

The Doug Ellis Box is accessed via the Doug Ellis Executive Box Entrance.

Hospitality Opening Hours

Access to the box from 2.5 hours prior to kick-off up until 1.5 hours after the final whistle.

Dining

The Doug Ellis Box provides a three course choice menu (main, served family style and dessert served pre-match with refreshments at half-time and cheese selection at full-time).

Dietary Requirements

Should you have any allergies please ensure you check the allergen information at the venue.

Alcohol

Due to Licensing laws alcoholic drinks cannot be consumed within view of the pitch during the match. Staff will clear the box of alcoholic drinks 15 mins prior to the match up until 15 minutes after the match.  The Doug Ellis Bar remains open for use during this time, alcohol can be consumed in the bar out of view of the game.

The Club reserves the right to refuse alcohol to anyone that may appear intoxicated. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to ensure all guests behave responsibly. 

Dress Code

Doug Ellis Boxes operate a ‘smart casual’ dress code. No tracksuits, sportswear, football shirts, ripped or bleached jeans. Smart, clean trainers are permitted. The above dress code does not apply to children under the age of 14, home replica shirts are allowed for children but not full kits. The club has the right to refuse admission to any person wearing clothing deemed inappropriate. Strictly no away colours or offensive clothing.

Stadium Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited throughout the stadium. The use of electronic cigarettes is also prohibited.

Entry and Exit Policy

Failure to provide the relevant ticket upon arrival will result in your being refused entry to the Stadium. For safety reasons guests are not permitted re-entry to the stadium under any circumstances.

Parking

Off-site car parking is available subject to availability. If a pass is available please check it for details / access points.

Fixture Changes

Please be aware that fixture dates and kick off times are subject to change, often for TV scheduling. Bookings are for the match, and tickets cannot be refunded or cancelled when there is a date or time change.

Away Fans

The Doug Ellis Box is located in an area exclusive to home fans. If you or any of your guests support a visiting team, please behave in an appropriate manner, and do not make your allegiance known in any way.

Luggage

Due to security reasons large bags are not permitted into the stadium. We suggest you do not bring any bags larger than an A4 sheet of paper.
