MATCHDAY INFORMATION

To help you make the most of your visit, and to prepare yourself for your day, please read the following:

Stadium Entrance

Guests should arrive to the Gas Lamp Entrance, to the left of the North Stand Reception.

Hospitality Opening Hours

The Gas Lamp Lounges open 3 hours before kick-off and will close 1.5 hours after the final whistle.

Dining

Gas Lamp Premium offers a 2 course informal lounge dining menu.  The club are unable to guarantee service of your full dining experience if you arrive later than one hour prior to kick-off.

Dietary Requirements

Should you have any special dietary requirements please contact us at least ten days prior to the fixture.

Alcohol

Due to Licensing laws alcoholic drinks cannot be consumed within view of the pitch during the match. Staff will clear the glass fronted tables of alcoholic drinks 15 mins prior to the match up until 15 minutes after the match.  The Gas Lamp Bar remains open for use during this time, alcohol can be consumed in the bar out of view of the game.

The Club reserves the right to refuse alcohol to anyone that may appear intoxicated. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to ensure all guests behave responsibly. 

Dress Code

Gas Lamp Premium operate a ‘smart casual’ dress code. No tracksuits, sportswear, trainers (of any variety), ripped or bleached jeans are allowed. Home shirts are permitted but strictly no away team colours. The above dress code does not apply to children under the age of 14, home replica shirts are allowed for children but not full kits. The club has the right to refuse admission to any person wearing clothing deemed inappropriate. Strictly no away colours or offensive clothing.

Stadium Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited throughout the stadium. The use of electronic cigarettes is also prohibited.

Entry and Exit Policy

Failure to provide the relevant ticket upon arrival will result in your being refused entry to the Stadium. For safety reasons guests are not permitted re-entry to the stadium under any circumstances.

Fixture Changes

Dates and times of fixtures are subject to change, sometimes at short notice.  Every effort will be made to keep you informed, but we cannot be responsible for changes.

Away Fans

The Gas lamp Premium Lounge is located in an area exclusive to home fans. If you or any of your guests support a visiting team, please behave in an appropriate manner, and do not make your allegiance known in any way.

Luggage

Due to security reasons large bags are not permitted into the stadium. We suggest you do not bring any bags larger than an A4 sheet of paper.
