The Museum

The Museum package offers you and your loved ones a full day of entertainment and unique experiences. Make it a memorable day out and immerse yourself in the history of Chelsea Football Club while you enjoy a pre-match Chef’s table casual dining experience surrounded by Chelsea’s memorabilia and trophies. Ahead of kick off, you can explore the stadium with a behind-the-scenes tour before enjoying the action from your VIP luxury padded seat in the West Stand upper tier.

Match Seats: VIP match seat in the West Stand upper tier (penalty area)

Tour: A pre-match behind the scenes mini tour (only during time designated on itinerary, tour not available for European fixtures)

Arrival: Savoury refreshments on arrival

Dining: An Interactive Chef’s table from four hours before kick-off

Drinks: Complimentary beer, wine and soft drinks pre-match

Half Time: Drink vouchers redeemable in the West Stand upper tier concourse

MATCHDAY INFORMATION

To help you make the most of your visit, and to prepare yourself for your day, please read the following;

Stadium Entrance

The Museum suite is accessed via the Millennium reception in the West Stand.

Hospitality opening hours

The suite opens 5 hours before kick-off (depending on kick off time) and will close 1 hour before kick-off.

Dining

Stamford Bridge offers an interactive chef’s table, along with complimentary beer, wine, and soft drinks. Savoury refreshments on arrival.

Dietary requirements

Should you have any allergies please ensure you check the allergen information at the venue

Alcohol

The Club reserves the right to refuse alcohol to anyone that may appear intoxicated. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to ensure all guests behave responsibly.

Dress Code

Chelsea operates a smart casual dress code. Smart trainers, smart jeans, and tailored shorts are permitted; but we do not allow tracksuits, casual shorts, offensive t-shirts, or away colours. Wearing such items may result in refusal of entry. of entry. The dress code does not apply to children under 12 years old. You can wear your Chelsea shirt in The Museum

Stadium Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited throughout the stadium. The use of electronic cigarettes is also prohibited. 

Entry and exit policy

Failure to provide the relevant ticket upon arrival will result in your being refused entry to the Stadium.  For safety reasons guests are not permitted re-entry to the stadium under any circumstances.  

Parking

There is no car parking provided at Stamford Bridge, but the ground is easily accessible by tube or bus from central London. Fans are advised not to drive on match days because of parking restrictions.

Fixture Changes

Dates and times of fixtures are subject to change, sometimes at short notice. Every effort will be made to keep you informed, but we cannot be responsible for changes.

Away fans

The Museum is in an area exclusive to home fans.  If you or any of your guests support a visiting team, please behave in an appropriate manner, and do not make your allegiance known in any way. 

Luggage

Due to security reasons large bags are not permitted into the stadium. We suggest you do not bring any bags larger than an A4 sheet of paper.
