If you are looking to immerse yourself into the story of Chelsea Football Club, then The Museum experience could be for you.

Enjoy pre-match dining in the Chelsea FC museum, and take in a behind-the-scenes tour ahead of kick off. Then enjoy the action from a VIP seat longside in the West Stand upper tier.

Match Seats: VIP match seat in Westview (West upper tier around the penalty area)

Tour: A pre-match behind the scenes mini tour (tour not available for European fixtures)

Arrival: Savoury refreshments on arrival (within first hour)

Dining: An Interactive Chef’s buffet table from four hours before kick-off

Drinks: Complimentary beer, wine and soft drinks pre-match

Hospitality Opening Time: 5 hours before kick-off (3 hours for European game))

MATCHDAY INFORMATION

To help you make the most of your visit, and to prepare yourself for your day, please read the following;

Stadium Entrance

Your seats are accessed via the Westview Turnstiles.

Hospitality opening hours

The Museum opens 5 hours before kick-off (depending on kick off time) and will close 1 hour before kick-off.

Payments

Stamford Bridge operates on a cashless basis – card payments only

Dining

The Museum offers a buffet along with complimentary beer, wine and soft drinks.

Dietary requirements

Should you have any allergies please ensure you check the allergen information at the venue

Alcohol

The Club reserves the right to refuse alcohol to anyone that may appear intoxicated. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to ensure all guests behave responsibly.

Dress Code

Chelsea operates a smart casual dress code. Smart trainers, smart jeans, and tailored shorts are permitted; but we do not allow tracksuits, casual shorts, offensive t-shirts, or away colours. Wearing such items may result in refusal of entry. of entry. The dress code does not apply to children under 12 years old. You can wear your Chelsea shirt in The Museum

Stadium Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited throughout the stadium. The use of electronic cigarettes is also prohibited. 

Entry and exit policy

Failure to provide the relevant ticket upon arrival will result in your being refused entry to the Stadium.  For safety reasons guests are not permitted re-entry to the stadium under any circumstances.  

Parking

There is no car parking provided at Stamford Bridge, but the ground is easily accessible by tube or bus from central London. Fans are advised not to drive on match days because of parking restrictions.

Away fans

The Museum is in an area exclusive to home fans.  If you or any of your guests support a visiting team, please behave in an appropriate manner, and do not make your allegiance known in any way. 

Luggage

Due to security reasons large bags are not permitted into the stadium. We suggest you do not bring any bags larger than an A4 sheet of paper.
