MATCHDAY INFORMATION
To help you make the most of your visit, and to prepare yourself for your day, please read the following;
Stadium Entrance
The Champions Club suite is accessed via the Sir Alex Ferguson Stand reception. Take the lift to the 5th floor.
Hospitality Opening Hours
The suite opens 3 hours before kick-off and will close 1 hour after the final whistle.
Payments
Old Trafford operates on a cashless basis – card payments only
Dining
Your meal will be served at your leisure, up to 1 hour before kick-off
Dietary Requirements
Should you have any special dietary requirements please contact us at least ten days prior to the fixture.
Alcohol
The Club reserves the right to refuse alcohol to anyone that may appear intoxicated. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to ensure all guests behave responsibly.
Dress Code
Manchester United operates a smart casual dress code. Smart trainers and smart jeans are permitted; but do not allow football shirts, tracksuits, casual shorts, offensive t-shirts, or away colours. Wearing such items may result in refusal of entry. The dress code does not apply to children under 12 years old, we do ask that all children are dressed smartly.
Stadium Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited throughout the stadium. The use of electronic cigarettes is also prohibited.Â
Entry and Exit Policy
Failure to provide the relevant ticket upon arrival will result in you being refused entry to the Stadium. For safety reasons guests are not permitted re-entry to the stadium under any circumstances.
Parking
VIP car parking provided 1 per 4 guests.
Fixture Changes
Please be aware that fixture dates and kick off times are subject to change, often for TV scheduling. Bookings are for the match, and tickets cannot be refunded or cancelled when there is a date or time change.
Away Fans
The Champions Club VIP is in an area exclusive to home fans. If you or any of your guests support a visiting team, please behave in an appropriate manner and do not make your allegiance known in any way.Â
Luggage
Due to security reasons large bags are not permitted into the stadium. Along with electronic devices larger than 150mm x 100mm which are prohibited, including laptops and tablets. We suggest you do not bring any bags larger than an A4 sheet of paper.
