MATCHDAY INFORMATION
To help you make the most of your visit, and to prepare yourself for your day, please read the following:
STADIUM ENTRANCE
Number Nine Restaurant is located on Level 2 and can be accessed via the north side of the stadium.
OPENING HOURS
Opens 3 hours before kick-off and will close 1.5 hours after the final whistle.
DINING
An immersive culinary experience throughout the matchday with a selection of Chefs Tables / Buffet Stations, along with complimentary beers, wines, soft drinks, tea and coffee.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Should you have any special dietary requirements please contact us at least ten days prior to the fixture.
ALCOHOL
The Club reserves the right to refuse alcohol to anyone that may appear intoxicated. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to ensure all guests behave responsibly.
DRESS CODE
Smart Casual, no sportswear, football shirts, away colours or trainers (this does not apply to under 16’s).
STADIUM SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is prohibited throughout the stadium. The use of electronic cigarettes is also prohibited.
ENTRY AND EXIT POLICY
Failure to provide the relevant ticket upon arrival will result in you being refused entry to the Stadium. For safety reasons guests are not permitted re-entry to the stadium under any circumstances.
CAR PARKING
Car parking is available (subject to availability), only on request – 1 space per 4 packages purchased.
FIXTURE CHANGES
Dates and times of fixtures are subject to change, sometimes at short notice. Every effort will be made to keep you informed, but we cannot be responsible for changes.
LUGGAGE
Due to security reasons large bags are not permitted into the stadium. We suggest you do not bring any bags larger than an A4 sheet of paper.
