As well as our authorised status there are many other reasons, listed below, why selecting Circuit is the only logical choice.
Official Appointments
It is important that you are happy with purchasing online from any supplier, and Circuit are proud to only sell packages that are authorised and official. Buying from an authorised reseller with official status shows that the supplier is endorsed by the event rights holder. If you have any questions about our authorised status then we are happy to supply contact details for any rights holder. They will then be able to verify our appointed status, and our ability to legally offer the products for sale. We will also supply contact details of customers who will be happy to provide testimonials.
Why are unofficial agents often cheaper?
Sometimes you may come across an unofficial agent offering a cheaper package for an event. If you buy from an unofficial agent there is no guarantee that they actually own, or have access to what they are trying to sell you. They may be trying to access tickets illegally, and often the facilities can be off-site, if they even exist at all. Don’t be fooled by the telesales call that offers a table that a client has cancelled, and is therefore a real bargain. In many cases these tables are not as good as the official ones, and are often still no better than standard market value. Don’t always base your decision on price, paying less doesn’t always mean value for money. In some cases you may receive an inferior product, or no product at all. Most Clubs will cancel and void packages or tickets sold without authorisation, and in that case you will often struggle to get your money back, so always ensure you purchase from an authorised supplier.
Exclusive facilities
Many of the packages Circuit offers are exclusive to us, and are not available to buy elsewhere, even direct from the clubs. They may be facilities that we own entirely or facilities where the club only sells on a seasonal basis. By buying from Circuit you can enjoy some of the most exclusive facilities for the matches that you want to attend, rather than investing for every match of the season.
The Price you see is what you pay!
If you visit the Circuit website and look through the packages we have available you will see exactly what each package includes, and exactly what you will pay for it. Many other suppliers do not provide this information, leaving both the package and price open so they can see what is available and judge what to charge you. As we own the stock we price our packages in line with the Clubs direct, if not a little lower, so there are no surprises. There will never be any hidden service charges that come to light after you have purchased.
Flexible bookings
As an independent supplier of VIP hospitality packages we offer a greater level of flexibility than Clubs direct. Instead of buying seasonally direct from a club, buy the matches that you really want from Circuit. This will save you money and give you the flexibility to change numbers depending on what you need for each match. Buy two for a special client one week or ten for a bigger day out the week later – don’t be committed to the same number for every match if it doesn’t suit you.
Flexible Payment Terms
If you buy hospitality direct from a club you will invariably have to pay the full amount on booking to confirm. Circuit offers flexible payment, so you can secure your packages with a deposit, or we can invoice you for payment after the booking has been taken.
Special Promotions
Unlike the Clubs direct Circuit are able to offer special promotions, so keep your eyes open for details of special offers that may be of interest, offering you even greater value. We offer an introductory 10% discount for new customers, and often run promotions for matches over the Christmas period, as well as other special promotions from time to time. Make sure you opt-in to receive our email newsletters for details of any promotions.
All seats located together
With such large stocks we are able to ensure all your party are seated together, when you make a booking in one of our main Clubs facilities, unlike smaller suppliers who may source small groups from different sources. We can supply the details of the tickets you are purchasing upon booking, and each package tells you where the seats are located, so you can check out in advance where you will enjoy the action from.
Private tables (Where available)
Because of the extent of our rights ownership at Clubs we are more often than not able to offer private tables to suit your booking size, especially if you book early. Table configurations are detailed in each package on the site.
Out of Hours Phone Service
Although our office hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday Circuit staff will always be on hand to answer your questions, or to help you with your booking. The main phone line is manned outside of office hours, and on all event days, in case you need assistance.
