The Oak Room

The Oak Room at Villa Park is an exceptional hospitality experience that allows you to enjoy the stunning Villa Park atmosphere, with first class hospitality and some of the best seats in the house.

Located in the heart of the Trinity Road stand, you access your seats directly from the restaurant near the half way line.

Due to our table configurations within the The Oak Room, bookings with odd numbers of guests are not permitted.

Match Seats: VIP padded seats in Trinity Stand lower tier, near the half-way line

Arrival: Champagne and Canape drinks reception

Dining: 5 course served choice menu

Drinks: Complimentary bar to include Champagne, wines, beers and soft drinks

Half Time: Chef's selection with tea and coffee

Full Time: Cheeseboard selection with tea and coffee

Table Seating: Private tables for bookings of 2 or 4 (subject to availability)

Match Programme: Included, with bespoke pin badge

Gift: Bespoke gift for each guest

Legend Qa: Former player Q&A with MC

Car Parking: On site Parking Included (1 per 2) (Subject to availability)

Dress Code: Smart

Hospitality Opening Time: 3 hours before kick-off

Hospitality Closing Time: 1.5 hours after the final whistle

Please be aware that fixture dates and kick off times are subject to change, often for TV scheduling. Bookings are for the match, and tickets cannot be refunded or cancelled when there is a date or time change.

MATCHDAY INFORMATION

To help you make the most of your visit, and to prepare yourself for your day, please read the following:

Stadium Entrance

The Oak Room is accessed via the Trinity Road Main entrance.

Hospitality Opening Hours

The Oak Room opens 3 hours before kick-off and will close 1.5 hours after the final whistle.

Dining

The Oak Room offers a Champagne and Canape Reception followed by 5 course choice menu. Although you can dine flexibly to suit you. The club are unable to guarantee service of your full dining experience if you arrive later than one hour prior to kick-off.

Dietary Requirements

Should you have any special dietary requirements please contact us at least ten days prior to the fixture.

Alcohol

The Club reserves the right to refuse alcohol to anyone that may appear intoxicated. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to ensure all guests behave responsibly.

Dress Code

Director’s Club operate a ‘smart’ dress code. No tracksuits, sportswear, football shirts, ripped or bleached jeans. Smart, clean trainers are permitted. The above dress code does not apply to children under the age of 14, although we do ask that all children are dressed smartly. The club has the right to refuse admission to any person wearing clothing deemed inappropriate. Strictly no away colours or offensive clothing.

Stadium Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited throughout the stadium. The use of electronic cigarettes is also prohibited.

Entry and Exit Policy

Failure to provide the relevant ticket upon arrival will result in your being refused entry to the Stadium. For safety reasons guests are not permitted re-entry to the stadium under any circumstances.

Parking

Car parking will be in the Villa Village or Holte car parks, please check your pass for details and access points.

Fixture Changes

Dates and times of fixtures are subject to change, sometimes at short notice.  Every effort will be made to keep you informed, but we cannot be responsible for changes.

Away Fans

The Oak Room is located in an area exclusive to home fans. If you or any of your guests support a visiting team, please behave in an appropriate manner, and do not make your allegiance known in any way.

Luggage

Due to security reasons large bags are not permitted into the stadium. We suggest you do not bring any bags larger than an A4 sheet of paper.
