To help you make the most of your visit, and to prepare yourself for your day, please read the following;

Stadium Entrance

The Under The Bridge Sports Lounge (Westview) entrance is in the East Stand. Your stadium seats are accessed via the Club Chelsea West Stand Reception.

Hospitality opening hours

Under The Bridge Sports Lounge (Westview) opens 3 hours before kick-off, with last entry 1 hour before kick-off.  Post Match will close 1 hour after the final whistle.

Payments

Stamford Bridge operates on a cashless basis – card payments only

Dining

Under The Bridge Sports Lounge (Westview) offers a chef’s table, hot and cold bowl food. Along with a complimentary bar including beer, wine and soft drinks. They are unable to guarantee service of your full dining experience if you arrive later than one hour prior to kick-off.

Dietary requirements

Should you have any special dietary requirements please contact us at least ten days prior to the fixture.

Alcohol

The Club reserves the right to refuse alcohol to anyone that may appear intoxicated. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to ensure all guests behave responsibly.

Dress Code

Chelsea operates a smart casual dress code. Smart trainers, smart jeans, and tailored shorts are permitted; but do not allow football shirts, tracksuits, casual shorts, offensive t-shirts, or away colours. Wearing such items may result in refusal of entry. The dress code does not apply to children under 12 years old.

Stadium Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited throughout the stadium.  The use of electronic cigarettes is also prohibited. 

Entry and exit policy

Failure to provide the relevant ticket upon arrival will result in your being refused entry to the Stadium.  For safety reasons guests are not permitted re-entry to the stadium under any circumstances.  

Parking

There is no car parking provided at Stamford Bridge, but the ground is easily accessible by tube or bus from central London. Fans are advised not to drive on match days because of parking restrictions.

Fixture Changes

Please be aware that fixture dates and kick off times are subject to change, often for TV scheduling. Bookings are for the match, and tickets cannot be refunded or cancelled when there is a date or time change.

Away fans

Under The Bridge Sports Lounge (Westview) is in an area exclusive to home fans.  If you or any of your guests support a visiting team, please behave in an appropriate manner and do not make your allegiance known in any way. 

Luggage

Due to security reasons large bags are not permitted into the stadium.  We suggest you do not bring any bags larger than an A4 sheet of paper.
